RESOLUTION NO. ~ `I
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, Onekahakaha Beach Park in Keaukaha needs to replenish sand at the horse
shoe rink; and
WHEREAS, during the course play and over time the sand is spread throughout the
playing field; and
WHEREAS, the Horse Shoe Club has requested $2,000.00 to purchase sand through the
Department of Parks and Recreation for the continual use of the horse shoe rink.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
