The amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 3303.86 Federal Grants -South Kona Watershed General $347,200 <br /> Irrigation Project <br /> Total $347,200 <br /> <br /> To: <br /> <br /> 010-161-5163.09 South Kona Watershed Irrigation Project General 347 200 <br /> Total $347,200 <br /> <br /> The United States Environmental Protection Agency has authorized the South Kona Watershed <br /> Irrigation Project grant to the Department of Research and Development.
