Add New Condition"J": <br /> <br /> J. Final approval of the subdivision request will not be granted until improvements to <br /> <br /> the intersection at Mamalahoa Highway and Kaloko Drive are completed, provided <br /> that if the improvements are not completed within 24 months of the date of adoption <br /> of this ordinance, the applicant shall be allowed to proceed with the subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br /> The improvements may include the following: <br /> <br /> <br /> I . Illuminate intersection at night; <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. Installation of traffic signalization devices; <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. Channelize turning movements at the intersection; and <br /> <br /> <br /> 4.
