This change in language remains in keeping with the <br /> concerns of the council and allows the County to collect the fair share contributions to be <br /> utilized for the improvements to the Mamalahoa Highway-Kaloko Drive intersection in a <br /> timely basis. <br /> Therefore, 1 would like to amend my proposed Bill 229, Drafr 2 with the following <br /> changes: (Bolding provided for purposes of clarity only) <br /> ] .
