Committee Meeting
Bill Nos. 228 and 229
Kaloko Mauka Subdivision
The following information is submitted as requested by Councilperson Virginia Isbell at
the Apri14, 2006, meeting of the Committee on Planning:
1. Number of dwellings currently utilizing the Kaloko Drive -Highway 190
intersection: Approximately 290 dwellings (270 dwellings within Kaloko
Mauka Subdivision). Information on dwelling count from Real Property
Tax Records.
2. Fair Share Contribution Collected as of December 31, 2005, for rezonings
within the Kaloko Mauka Subdivision: $422,763.54.
3. Fair Share Contribution Collected as of December 31, 2005, for North
Kona district roadway improvements: $1,153,728.04.
