A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED ACCOUNT(S) TO SUPPORT NA`ALEHU MAIN STREET'S
COMMUNITY CAPACITY BUILDING ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS, the Na`alehu Main Street makes available for use to the public, at no charge,
off ice equiptment, phones, fax machines, computers, meeting space and in some instances
mailing addresses; and
WHEREAS, the Na`alehu Community is growing and the members of Na`alehu Main
Street have been working to bring groups and organizations together to share resources and
information; and
WHEREAS, the work of Na`alehu Main Street is for the direct benefit of the community;
and
WHEREAS, this financial support will help to continue the good work of Na`alehu Main
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below in
support of Na'alehu Main Streets' Community Capacity Building activities:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk of the County of Hawaii shall forward
a copy of this resolution to the Director of Research and Development and Director of Finance, and
that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
