Dear Chairman Higa and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Alvin Rho of Council District 8 to the County of
Hawaii Planning Commission. Mr. Rho, a 61-year resident of Hawai'i, is
presently a senior associate at America's Choice. From 1974 to 2004, he was a
school administrator with the State of Hawaii Department of Education.
Mr. Rho states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will
serve a term to expire on December 31, 2010.
