SUBJECT: Resolution Directing the Clerk of the County of Hawaii to Take
Necessary Action to Place the Charter Amendment Proposed by
Ordinance No. 06-51 on the 2006 General Election Ballot
The attached proposed resolution, relating to the County Charter amendment
proposed by Ordinance No. 06-51_ to amend the composition and terms of
boards and commissions, is hereby respectfully submitted for your favorable
review and consideration.
The proposed resolution is required by Section 15-2, Article XV, Hawai'i County
Charter, entitled, "CHARTER AMENDMENT OR REVISION."
