The Pahoa High and Intermediate School is in need of video camera equipment to provide security and maintain a safe environment for students and facilities on the campus of Pahoa High and Intermediate School. The $28,000.00 appropriation will be administered by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, which will grant the funding to Malama O Puna, a Hawaii non-profit organization, for the purchase of the video camera equipment for the Pahoa High and Intermediate School. In reviewing this matter, timely approval is crucial. It is therefore advantageous that approval is granted and the matter placed onto the next Council agenda for review.
