Attached for your review is Draft 2 of Bill 251 that corrects a non-substantive typographical error as
requested by Planning Director Chris Yuen, at the May 1, 2006 meeting of the Committee on Planning:
L Draft 2 deletes the ".00" from the total fair share contribution amount for the multiple-
family residential units, listed in Condition "S":
°s. Based upon the applicant's representation of intent to develop a total of 57 single-
family residential units andl6 multiple-family residential units, the indicated total of fair share
contribution is $559,507.20 for the single family residential units and [$96,168.715.90}
$96.168.75 for the multiple-family residential units...."
