proposed slate of officers for next fiscal year, as follows:
President Council Member Mel Rapozo (County of Kauai)
Vice President Council Chair Stacy K. Higa (County of I Iawai`i)
Secretary Council Member Remy M. Cachola (City and County of Honolulu)
Treasurer Council Member Joseph Pontanilla (County of Maui)

The HSAC General Membership may vote to approve "proposed slate of officers at

unanimous approval of the four counties is received.
