Subject: Request for an Amendment to the Current Draft of Bill 236
The Amended Capital Budget and Six Year Capital Improvements Program 2006-2007
We respectfully request your favorable consideration in amending the current draft of Bill 236 to include the
reappropriation of the "Dirt Bike /ATV Track" account (110.599.5591.71.115) in the amount of $100,000
which will allows currently allotted funds (approximately $29,552.53) to remain viable for this worthwhile
project and allow for additional funds to be allotted in the future. Due to circumstances outside the control of
our department, the existing funds were not able to be expended in time though it is foreseeable that the
balance of the funds will be expended within this calendar year. Please reference the attached Financial
Impact Statement for additional information.
