Dear Dr. Holschuh:
Thank you for the opportunity to review and provide recommendations on the proposed bill to
amend the capital budget by appropriating $22,950 to the project to upgrade the play
equipment at Laupahoehoe Park Playground.
This is a worthwhile project and the actual funding will come from the Clerk-Council
Services Contingency Relief account (Council District 1 discretionary funds.) This proposed
appropriation is supported so that this needed project can be completed.
Again, I thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on your proposal.
