Withdrawal
Please withdraw PSPRC Report-23 (Comm. 725) from the April 19th Council Meeting.
We have just been informed that Mr. Francis Pacheco, Nominee to the Hawaii County
Veterans Advisory Committee, is still in the hospital recovering from an injury and will be
unable to serve as a member of this committee. We apologize for this late notice.
