Holschuh, M.D, Chair Committee on Human Services and Economic Development (HSEDC) Re: Bill 235, Draft 2 -Proposed Operating Budget This is to transmit the HSEDC amendments to Bi11235, Drafr 2, which was the result of amendments approved at the May 1, 2006, HSEDC meeting. The amendments are reflected in the attached Exhibit 1. To summarize, the amendments delineate how the $900,000.00 set aside in the Nonprofits Grants in Aid Miscellaneous Charges account within the County of Hawai`i's Proposed Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year 2006-07 will be appropriated to the 45 programs.
