I being a citizen of West Hawaii think BIII 268 should be put on the ballot for all citizens to decide, this is
America after all let the people vote on it.
I will work hard to let everyone I come across know which council member is in favor of Bill 268 and who
is against it, then I will recommend they vote for the council members that are in favor of it, and vote the rest
out for the good of all the people.
