Aloha Council Members,
My wife and I are coffee farmers in Kona. Kona is growing very fast and needs your help to manage this growth.
We feel strongly that more West Hawaii residents need to get involved with their community and it is critical that
their voices be heard to help West Hawaii manage its growth.
Having regular County Council meetings in Kona will help tremendously. It will give our citizens a huge
opportunity to get involved and feel they have a say in how West Hawaii grows.
We feel we are at a serious disadvantage in supporting our local government because it is not practical for us to
travel to Hilo to attend Council meetings.
We urge you to give the people of Hawaii an opportunity to vote on this important issue.
Please support Bill 268.
