Subject: Hiluhilu testimony
Dear Mr. Pilago, and County Council members:
I would like to give written testimony about Hilu Hilu as I am unable to attend the meeting.
I think that Hilu Hilu should be deferred UNTIL
1. All connector and collector roads are built
2. All other infrastructure ie: sewage, water, electricity be in place.
3. The UH Board of Regents have signed an agreement as to what they are going to build and where.
4. There is a line item in their budget to provide funds for said UH development.
