Dear Councilman:
I am in support of the Palamanui Project.
The location of this project is perfect...just outside of town with easy access to
the Kona Coast as well as Kailua Town. Palamanui offers me the perfect place
to start my adult life, as it will offer me affordable housing and a wonderful
environment to raise children.
I love the idea of a "walking" community, with open parks in each little
neighborhood and local shopping.
I believe Palamanui will be an asset to West Hawaii.
