Aloha Angel:
I want you to know that I oppose changing the Subdivision Control Code at this time. We have worked long and
hard to come up with a Community Development plan, and are still working on it, so please don't take this away
from us, not to mention the waste of the $500,000,00 that we are paying the consultants.
