Dear Councilman Pilago
To arm the County Planning Director with the "apparent" authority and power to render an exclusive final say in
whether a subdivision will be approved or not - WITH NO LEGAL RECOURSE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC TO
DISPUTE THAT APPROVAL - in anything - constitutes a constitutional violation of the public's constitutional right
of DUE PROCESS.
On the other hand, if not in direct or indirect violation of the u.s. and/or state Constitutions - it is ethically wrong -
to not allow the public to have a right to review all substantial, including land-use, decisions.
Violations of this sort may subject all those who support such an abject grab for power to personal liability - and
you, and all who see this, are on notice of such.
