. I support concurrency legislation (i.e., requiring
infrastructure to be in place before more development is
approved)
. I want community/regional development plans to replace explosive,
piecemeal, developer-driven development.
Please do not support legislation which would undermine solutions to critical land use issues
facing this island.
I do not think the County planning director (appointed by the muvor) should have the final sav
in whether a subdivision will be approved WITH NO LEGAL RECOURSE AVAILABLE TO
THE PUBLIC TO DISPUTE THAT APPROVAL!!!!!
