Attached is Bill No. 259, Draft 2, which was the result of a friendly amendment made by Council
Member Donald Ikeda at the Hawaii County Council's meeting of May 17, 2006. His
amendment is for the "Function and Activity" it should read Streetlights OCE [tAlae
Subdivision)] `Alae Street, it was incorrectly worded.
