Per Council Member Donald Ikeda as directed by the Legislative Research Branch. I ask that
you consider the friendly amendment to Bill 283 by amending section 2-210 (5) as follows: "To
pay for operational expenses of the County after a disaster or emergency when the County is
unable to realize revenue at sufficient levels due to the disaster or emergency".
