To The county council
This is to let you know how we feel about the Project of Stanford Carr,s
(KONA COFFEE ESTATES)behind Lowe,s in Kona. I am very opposed to the Project,s largest
culdesac on the Island,s just one way in and only one way out and an acedent waiting to happen and the
county may be at falt for anything that happens.The police and fire dept.both dissaprove of the road .
