Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of construction of new dug out benches
with concrete slabs for Pu'u Nui Park in Waikoloa. This donation is being made by the
Goodfellow Brothers, Inc., P.O. Box 383729, Waikoloa, Hawaii 96738 and has an
estimated total value of $6,500.

To accept and acknowledge a donation of construction of new dug out benches with concrete slabs for Pu'u
Nui Park in Waikoloa.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge a donation of construction of new dug out
benches with concrete slabs for Pu'u Nui Park by Goodfellow Brothers, Inc. The estimated value of labor
and materials for these dugouts and concrete slabs is $6,500.
