Subject: Bi11235, Draft 3 ,
I ask that you consider amending Bi11235, Draft 3 by transferring $1,000,000 from the Rainy
Day Reserve Fund to the Public Access, Open Space Preservation Fund.
The transferred funds will be used to acquire lands or property entitlements for purposes
established in Ordinance 85-05. Acquisition(s) made with these funds shall be from anisland-
wide prioritized list of qualifying lands worthy of preservation, developed by the Public Access,
Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the expenditure account(s) is reflected
below:
