Transmitted herewith for the Council's approval is an ordinance amending
Chapter 19, Article 10, Hawai'i County Code, by adding a new section allowing for tax
exempt status to real property held by the Hawai'i Island Housing Trust, which was
created to manage property deeded to the County of Hawai'i for affordable and
employee housing.
