Gaspar of Council District 7 to the <br /> County of Hawai'i Veterans Advisory Committee, representing the American <br /> Legion Kona Post 20. Mr. Gaspar is a 36-year resident of Hawai'i. He is a <br /> technician/inspector with Vanguard Car Rental (Alamo/National). Mr. Gaspar <br /> serves as the Finance Officer of the American Legion and is a volunteer tax <br /> counselor for the elderly. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gaspar states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
