Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 175, Draft 2 with the following
minor amendments:
1. Page 2, Condition B. Add "for the agricultural zoned area within the subject
property" to the end of the sentence.
2. Page 3, Condition C. Add "within the subject property" to the first sentence.
3. Page 3, Condition E. Add "proposed development within the" to the subject
property.
4. Page 3, Condition F. Delete the word "the" and replace it with "each".
Also remove the "s" from the word "lots".
