Communication No. 823, reports as follows:
Communication No. 823, dated February 1, 2006, transmitted by Mayor Kim, submits for
confirmation the appointment of James "Kimo" Hodgins to the County of Hawaii Liquor
Adjudication Board.
Your Committee on Public Safety and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Communication No. 823, and recommends confirmation James "Kimo" Hodgins to the
County of Hawaii Liquor Adjudication Board.
