Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 176, Draft 2 with the following
minor amendments:
1. Page 2, Condition F(1).
Insert the words "Resurface and improve" and delete "Improve".
2. Page 3, Condition 2
Line 2, correct spelling of word from "site" to "sight"
3. Page 3, Condition G.
Amend the first line by deleting "The Balance of roadway" and replacing it with
"Roadway"
4. Insert new language into Condition I and renumber the remaining conditions.
5. Page 5, Condition K. Amend language to correct Condition J with Condition
K.
