Miscellaneous Contract Services
(E Pulama I Ka Honua (Cherish the Earth))
These discretionary funds from Council District 8 will be used to fund the E Pulama I Ka Honua
(Cherish the Earth) festival. The Department of Research and Development through its Tourism
Promotion, Miscellaneous Contract Services program, will administer the funds.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 316-06
and recommends its adoption.
