Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 177, Draft 2 with the following
minor amendments:
1. Page 2, Condition A. Delete "its" from the first line.
2. Page 2, Condition C. Insert "for the subject property" into the first line.
3. Page 3, Condition G. Insert "for the subject property into the first line and
Insert "to the Planning Director" to the end of the sentence.
4. Page 3, Condition I. Add "laws" to the first line and delete "the".
5. Page 4, Condition L. Change the periods to semi-colons, and add the word
"and to item #3.
