Since there is no agreement tht UH will build there, there is no
reason to develop the property.
Bill 251 should be reconsidered only AFTER THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS IN PLACE.
Bill 247...there is a dangerous intersection at Kaloko Drive. This should be reconsidered AFTER THE
INTERSECTION IS FIXED.
Bill 246. The Planning Director needs to follw the law of the county, not re-write it. These laws are there for a
reason Mr. Yuen. It is obvious that you have another agenda, but we should not change the laws to suit an
individual.
Bill 226 & 227. The area off of Kuakini Highway next to Hillcrest. Isn't Pualani Estates Makai slated to go in right
around there? Now you want to add another 212 units. Kuakini highway is not geared for that kind of traffic. Any
thoughts as to where water is coming from for either of these developments?
Bill 268: This is only fair. It is called equal representation. You do not have to have your meetings at the
Sheraton (the most expensive hotel in Kona). You can bring your own chair Mr. Ikeda. Lets do the fair thing and
the right thing.
Lillian Fox
c«.r. No. G 1.
Ref. T~-E.r~~y Me'
Ref. Date 1??
5/15/2006
