Chairman Higa and Council Members:
I urge the County Council to accept the Planning Director's proposed changes
to Bill 246. Asa registered civil engineeer with real estate development
and infrastructure design experience, it is my professional opinion that
such changes will IN NO WAY lessen the County requirements or scrutiny of
subdivision proposals, but, in fact, make the process more efficient from
every perspective.
