Subject: I am against approving Bill 246 now
Aloha Chairman Higa and Council Members,
My name is Cindi Punihaole Kennedy and I am against approving Bill 246. We have sacrificed our time to
meet with facilitators to plan the future of our community. (The council has already spent almost $500,000 to
see this project through). There is no need to repeat the woes of continuing to build without a unified plan... I
ask you all to hold off on this bill to re-zone and any other proposals to re-zone.
