Please do a very sensible thing and vote in favor of this Bill. It is the right step in the right direction for simplifying
rather complicating life in Hawaii for thousand of residents in exisitng and future subdivisions. NO ONE IS
PERFECT and mistakes will be made. Why subject our citizens to law suites over silly and insignificant errors
and or omissions. Please pass this very Good Housekeeping measure.
