I feel that Council Member Pilago didn't take into <br /> consideration the cost, the move of Council staff and the equal access of east Hawaii. I <br /> know that he didn't speak to the people that do the work. I feel that this is a political <br /> move to get reelected. Mr. Pilago should come up with a real plan, which would work <br /> with staff, find where the money will come from and how east Hawaii will be hook-up to <br /> the video conferencing. <br /> <br /> I feel that this is Mr. Pillage's bill and he should come up with the answers, not the <br /> people that will be force to do the work. And more creative then saying I will use district <br /> allowance. That will not be enough to cover 12 committee and council meetings.
