Dear Mr. Higa and Council Members:
I want to express my strong opposition to Bill 268. I believe all residents should have an
equal opportunity to be involved in the planning process. I feel holding even-numbered
council mectings on the Kona side of the island is not warranted unless the council
provides equal access to participate in west side meetings, the same way Kona can
participate in Hilo meeting9
I ask that you please vote no on Bill 268. Your voter on East side of the island is
speaking loud and clear. There are more sides to this island then just Kona.
