Aloha Chairman Higa & Council Members
I would encourage you to vote no on Bill 268.
I understand that West Hawaii would like to have equal access, however East Hawaii
would also like to have equal access. If we have the council meeting ever other month in
Kona, then how will East Hawaii have equal access? Kona has Video Conferencing and
they can speak on any topic, at aII Council Meetings. Fast Hawaii will not have that
same opportunity.
