Subject: Council meetings in Kona
Aloha--as a West Hawaii resident for a number of years, I have experienced first hand traffic congestion without
solutions on the horizon, as one example of our problems. I feel that we should have equal numbers of council
meetings in Kona and in Hilo to fairly represent our population and its unique needs. I think this should be a
ballot initiative for November. Mahalo for the opportunity to respond by email, since with work schedules, it is
