Charter Amendment Relating to
Impeachment of Elected Officers. - Higa
I am absolutely opposed to changes in the charter such as proposed in Bill 261.
Council members are responsible to all the voters on the island and should be able to be
removed by all the voters. Is the council afraid to let the people decide this one in
November?
