No. 858Bi11 No. 277 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:03 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 277, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 277, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 858, <br /> dated Apri121, 2006, amends Ordinance No. OS-86, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending <br /> June 30, 2006. The amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 3305.19 State Grants-Disabled Parking General $36,840 <br /> To: <br /> 010-111-5113.34 Disabled Pazking -State General $36,840 <br /> The 2005 State Legislature appropriated funds to the State of Hawaii Department of Health - <br /> Disability and Communication Access Board (DCAB) to compensate the County of Hawaii and <br /> the other three counties for issuing pazking placards under the Statewide Program on Pazking for <br /> Persons with Disabilities.
