Monthly Update -June 16, 2006
¦ Solicitation Documents
R.W. Beck furnished copies of the most recent Volume I of the Stage 2 RFP to
County staff for review and is in the process of receiving and incorporating
County comments. Volume III (Technical Appendices to the Service Contract) is
currently being reviewed by the consultants and will subsequently be given to
County staff for review. Once drafts of the three volumes (including the draft
Service Contract) aze completed by the team and approved by the County, they
will be sent to the short-listed Proposers for comment. Any meaningful
comments from the Proposers that are approved by the team will be incorporated
and the Final Stage 2 RFP will then be issued.
R.W. Beck has also contacted staff at HELCO to begin coordination of work and
to ensure that interconnection can be made with the Waste Reduction Facility.
