Section 25-8-2, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br /> hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Kaloko Mauka <br /> Subdivision, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Family Agricultural (FA-3a): <br /> Beginning at the Southerly corner of this parcel of land on the Northerly side of <br /> Hao Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br /> Triangulation Station "MOANUTAHEA" being 14,352.36 feet South and 3,884.04 feet <br /> West, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 135° 10' 00" 606.50 feet along the Northerly side of Hao Street to <br /> a point; <br /> Thence along a curve to the right having <br /> a radius of 50.00 feet, the chord azimuth <br /> and distance being: <br /> 2. 164° 45' 00" 49.37 feet to a point; <br /> 3. 194° 20' 00" 1159.51 feet along the Easterly side of Kaloko Drive <br /> to a point; <br /> 4. 315° 10' 00" 1243.73 feet along Lot 3C and Lot 3D (formerly Lot 3 <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
