Pilago, Ikeda, Isbell, Kim
PLEASE,PLEASE, REJECT BILL 301 CAT REGISTRATION ARTICLE 4 SEC 4 - 19.
Even the pig farmers state that they will remove the collars of their
dogs so as not to become entangled in the underbrush. Cats climb
trees, live in the underbrush, and collars will be their death. I have
witnessed this. Please reject bill 301.
