This is a resolution to postpone Council Action on Rezoning applications in
north and south Kona until the Kona Community Development Plan is adopted as
an Ordinance. ,
I urge you to postpone any Council Action on Rezoning Applications in North
and South Kona Until the Kona Community Development Plan is adopted by
ordinance.
The outlay of $500,000 of taxpayer monies to determine what it is that the
people of Kona want is why I ask this. If you spent the money and are not
going to wait until the plan is presented, you have totally wasted our monies
again with 'plans' that never come to fruition. This is not acceptable. It is
just another wasteful plan of the council
I urge you to postpone any action until the Kona Community Development Plan
is adopted by ordinance.
