Subject: accept 381
I ask that the entire council vote to accept 381 (most recent version) to withhold approval of new
rezoning applications until the Kona visionary plan is completed, read by the public, modified and
codified by council.
As that time seems rather short, it is not unreasonable to postpone votes on rezoning applications. This
is not a moritorium on applications, but a simple delay in hearing.
