RE: A Resolution to Amend the Rules of Procedure and Organization oft Council
of the County of Hawaii Relating to Meetings
Attached for consideration is a resolution proposing to amend Rule No. 2, Meetings, paragraph
1, relating to Regular Meetings.
The amendment proposed by this resolution is to provide that the county council shall hold
regular meetings in East Hawaii on odd-numbered months (January, March, May, July,
September and November) and, shall hold regular meetings in West Hawai'i on even-numbered
months (February, April, June, August, October and December).
